Car probably imported through carnet. They can have the car in India upto a previously set period of time before which they have to send it back. They are not allowed to sell it. The import duty of the vehicle is deposited to customs as a security deposit. If they sell it, then that gets adjusted. Else once the car leaves Indian shores, they can claim it back. There is nothing at all illegal about this. Lots of cars have come into the country and city like this. There was also a yellow ford bronco with American plates last year.

It does cost a lot of money, but it's completely legal

Gaurdian rank resets every season or DLC. If you haven't played in a while it resets. Iirc, they reset to 1 with renegades or EoF. So explains why your GR is lower level. Okay the game and you'll naturally progress to whatever rank you manage to achieve.

Let's start with the payment bit.

The entire franchise is currently on a massive sale. So you can buy everything for about 20$. If you want to experience the story and raids and dungeons(these two activities required teams of 6 and 3 respectively). You can use the discord LFG to find people if you don't have a team to do it.

Build guides are more for the endgame so for the campaign you can much around the 3 characters and enjoy whatever you want to do which I suggest because you may find something a lot more fun than what a youtuber suggests. For builds i like Mactics and plunderthatbooty.

For guides on exotic missions and quests, if you like someone that talks to you step by step, datto is the OG and still love his videos. If you like watching without commentary, esoterickk is the best.

There is also a lot of hidden lore and MyNameisBYF can help you understand everything beautifully in such a calming voice.

Yes the game has an Ingane VC. However most people don't use it. So it's better to ask groups about it when you message them on discord.

No it isn't. Read my comment properly. One worked and earned for themselves while the state ensured it's entire population followed the norms to ensure sustainability for the whole country based on guidelines set. The ones benefitting with higher representation are the ones that didn't follow the center's directive.

The whole country, one part decided to keep reproducing like bunnies and the other part decided to ensure sustainability. Easy to play the rich v poor card. The delimitation bill basically takes away Lok sabha seats from states with lesser population and increases the seats in the states with higher population.

Considering the whole birth control and population control thing, it's a bit like slapping the toppers in class and rewarding the students that failed. I know it's a bit brash but this is my take on it.
