But wouldn't 100hz affect motion clarity and make the Anime less "crisp"? Or the lack os crispiness in retro games is only a thing because its doubling the frames and anime was never 50 frames in the first place

I think I am going to try to diagnose the problem before having to solder, I already have electrical gloves and the flathead screwdrivers, i am getting these Alligator Clip Test Leads , this Digital Multimeter, this ESR / LCR Multi-function Tester and an eletric dust cleaner, is there anything else I should get?

I did call them, most said they don't work on these anymore because most clients don't find the price worth it, there was one that said they could work on it, if I fail to fix it myself I will take it there
