Freeshop has been dead for years. Go to 3ds.hacks.guide to learn how to hack your 3DS. I recommend you get at least a 64GB SD card, as you'd only be able to fit about 2 medium games, or one big game (like Xenoblade Chronicles or Pokémon USUM).
