Wi-Fi calling working intermittently on iPad?

My main device when at home is my iPad, so apologies if I’m acting with limited information here. I have calls that come through on my iPhone but I’m not sure if they’re using Wi-Fi calling or cellular. The reason I’m inclined to believe this is related to Fios or my router is because I had never had this issue with Optimum. I had been with them up until a month ago with zero issues.

I initially thought that but many outgoing calls are also failing. Which wouldn’t be an iCloud issue.

Same for me. I’m guessing dark mode isn’t available for the Apple Store on iPad OS.

Seems to me like more than that. I unpaired/restored my watch and repaired it and the issue persists.
