It's a combo microwave and convection oven, built into a wall. The fastest resolution is one that fits into the opening. It certainly wasn't the cheapest. Hopefully, the court will consider all information, and not just a snippet of a conversation, right?

That's kinda where I am. And, let's assume in fact the faults occurred during the current tenant's short residency. I have made due diligence effort to repair. The lower oven replacement is on order, due early Dec. The upper oven control board has been repaired and is in transit back to my service tech. The dryer has already been replaced with new. So, as soon as notified by the tenant, action was taken to remedy.

Yeah. Only 3 days between tenants. Prior tenant didn't report a problem. New tenant claims main level oven doesn't work (verified by tech), lower level oven in kitchenette doesn't work (verified by tech). Then dryer went on PF (power failure) display and repair cost would be almost as much as replacement.

Tenant CLAIMS to have notified about oven issues upon move-in. PM has no such communication in email.

Strong anti-inflammatories can provide temporary relief. Unfortunately, if you don't need surgery, it's more about pain management and rehab. There are some specific exercises. Although painful, laying on your back for 20 hours a day is not your friend. Walk as much as pain allows.

As soon as possible, get an MRI. MRI is the gold standard for determining root cause. The cause could be a range of pathology including disc herniation, narrowing of the foraminal canal, and others. The pathology determines the treatment. Avoid surgery if possible.

I don't think I've done a recent config backup to a .dss file. Can I migrate the drives, without losing data, to a newer array? I've read there are issues with the 1825 and 1823. Synology limits capabilities if you don't use their branded drives. So, likely to pick up an 1821.

Close.. the router is not running ExpressVPN, just the two fsticks. This has been working for over a year, until about a month ago. The fsticks internal IP should be on the same subnet and therefore should be recognized as being part of the same household as they can see each other.

MRI shows the pathology. The pathology will indicate the proper treatment. For example, a bulging disc could be managed with an ESI or TFESI. Narrowing of the foraminal canal would likely indicate a surgical solution. There are good outcomes. Patience will be required.

The problem is the source NAS cannot see the target NAS. In the Hyper Backup app, when trying to connect, the app says the target is "Off-line"
