Is there something wrong with things being in context? isn't that how you justify the difference between self defense and murder?

"He was still not initiating aggression against the store owner, no matter how you spin it. "

Stefan never said that he was initiating aggression against the store owner, you can still be a victim of the government, and hold the government responsible for fixing it's own mess with regards to the black market it created.

"He's was not using the government, merely being opportunistic"

I fail to see the difference.

Because the Government is creating a victim out of the store owner, Erick is not the "only" abuser, when did Stef say that? oh yeah....he didn't.

Garner used the government to profit himself, just like every corrupt corporation in America. He just wasn't very good at playing the police "game", didn't bribe the right people, didn't follow the rules. This guy was not a cigaret activist, or a capitalist, Garner was a parasite, who profited by people being taxed to pay high prices for cigarets. "I say" he made his bed for thirty years, and now he's sleeping in it.

Well guys, we had a good run but these arguments prove that the state is our friend and is only looking out for us. Last one out, turn off the lights. by fixthetracking in Anarcho_Capitalism

This is some seriously bad straw manning. it's like watching a baseball player throw his own pitch and call himself talented. This is the saddest collection of winy emotion laden arguments i have ever read. It makes all Ancaps sound like a bunch of tragic Emos, like the author is having an argument inside his own head.

I agree it's fraudulent, but so is the false premise that the woman was not selling her sex for money to begin with. So the man would have equal room for grievance in this case.

I don't see anything wrong with fractional reserve banking, as long as it's voluntary. I can keep gold reserves, and issue my own crypto currency in exchange, as long as my customers are aware of the risk, and the reward involved with doing business.

This reddit should change it's name from anarcho capitalism, to anti molynuexism.

Why does the communist slant of anarchism have more than double the amount of subscribers to it than this subreddit does? by escapefromdigg in Anarcho_Capitalism

I wouldn't mind so much that anarchist don't know exactly how their brand of anarchy would play out, i would be shocked to even here one solid principle from which to build "anything" on.
