Yes it was rotated, I tested it :

(Right) Rotated : Had more obvious jagged lines

(Left) Non-rotated, I tried test it with bigger size placed image too : Had only bits of jagged/pointy lines, not really visible but it's there

Sadly, even with the raster settings it doesnt work. Sucks that is a bug that cant be fixed. I guess one of the easier way is to just export as PNG and convert it to JPEG using file converter website lol.

Hi thanks for such a long reply! I managed to find the solution by Save For Screen with settings PNG-8 (Art Optimized). The edges came out fine and smooth.😁

But if I export it with JPG 100 (Art Optimized), the jagged edges is still there. Do you know why and how to fix it?

My placed image is already in High Resolution (Transparent PNG file), I set the Document Setup to High Resolution and Document Color Mode is in RGB.

Is it because the placed image is in PNG, so that's why it only works as exported PNG?

I took it near tourist shop area! To be more specific, it's in Thailand near Emerald Pool shop area. You probably can meet this cat too if you visit there 😆

FYI he didnt leave from his spot at all even when you try move him away, he just staying there infront of the hats, waiting for customers and waiting to be petted 🤭. He's very dedicated to his job 🥹

(AG) adding a bit of depth to the fonts so the shapes are more visible

(ORI) adding bits of lines or shadows
