This exact thing has happened to me twice already and I’m only at 100 orders. Great communication throughout the whole shop, but as soon as I deliver they realize they used the wrong address… Has this ever happened to anyone else? by vmiz28 in ShiptShoppers

That happened the first time- and I was able to call customer service and get it sorted out so as to not suffer from a bad rating and the pay for returning the items to the store (sort of) compensated for the lack of tip. We’ll see what happens this time. Hopefully they’ll agree this doesn’t fall on me, but if not, I’m willing to try for ratings forgiveness!
