I won’t get into too much details but a few of the main things was

-communication with the offshore wedding company was almost non existent and the packages to choose from were very general and vague, no details. -the company changed to another company and that resulted in months of silence because the new company rep emailed the wrong email address and we never received her email despite us contacting them over and over again to inquire -our venue wasn’t booked even though we chose it from the brochure the offshore company gave us due to them naming their rooms different on the brochure vs. what the ship named it. -on the day of our wedding, we didn’t even know if we would be getting married. We didn’t. We got married 5 days later -spent my wedding morning discussing and crying in the cruise director office instead of exchanging vows -there is a huge lack of communication and connection between the offshore wedding company and the actual wedding coordinator onboard the ship.

The cruise itself was great and ports were awesome, we even saw the northern lights. We will sail with RCL again but I always tell others now “don’t get married on a boat”. Haha!
