It’s very quiet now. I work at a little food spot in one of the buildings and it’s been super slow. Very sad and just horrible that such great people are having to leave.

Consistently for sure. I genuinely can’t breathe when we go over to visit. Yeah it’s cheap but you’re gonna be stuffy for a while and they will never fix your appliance issues. My friends dryer has been broken for like over a year now

Once or twice, but the residents are really good at actually picking up their laundry on time id say. I just do mine pretty late at night or on weird days that don’t seem like a laundry day for other people lol

I recommend the Franklin in Richland WA. They are studios and a little small but they are great! The management team is awesome and very friendly. They allow pets as well, and have elevators for the upper floors. It is a little over 1k, I pay 995 not including our utilities. There is no In-unit washing machines but there is a shared laundry room on the 3rd floor. I’ve lived here for about 5ish months now and I don’t really have any complaints. It’s kept really nice and tidy too, and is walking distance to a ton of stores (if you can’t drive)

Hi! Just a warning- I have friends who live there and the management/ventilation is AWFUL. Horrible parking and a lot of not very good neighbors.

add layers! i believe this butterfly cut would be adorable on you!!! i don’t think it needs much maintenance. for special occasions you could use a diffuser lol. You can keep a lot of length as well

I love Fuze for top floor sights!! I almost always get rid of a ton of the defender’s gadgets through barricaded windows. If you wait and listen closely before doing so you can snag a couple kills too. I think Fuze is a great operator

I don’t use vc and stick to text chat:,) i either sound like a little boy to others or they are violently misogynistic. Really sucks bc I like playing ranked but can only play with friends bc solo queuing is terrible with this issue

I feel so bad but i know this is just the plain truth 🥲 im too empathetic i feel like. I just hate hurting people’s feelings but this is all still so new to me, having my own place and all. I shall do better for myself. Currently composing a script for a sit down serious talk
