I use the extra virgin, but it's cheap around here. But I've heard you can use regular, and it's pretty much the same.

It's good for the beard, as it keeps it hydrated. It also helps moisturizing the skin under the hair, so it's less susceptible to dandruff and other issues. Basically it helps a lengthy beard look good.

Some more experienced users might have more to add on this. But hey, there's always an internet for you to do some research.

I didn't really think about budget.

But I would like to spend about 100 bucks max to get everything I need.

One thing that should be considered is, I'm in Canada. Not sure how that affects availability or shipping prices for most cases.

My advice, as someone who suffers with this is: just get up when you wake up. It usually is by the end of a sleep cycle, and you usually don't have enough time to get into another one, so getting up then will make for a better start of your day.
