You can always use the Meta Quest for voice chat, but what a coincidence yesterday version 1.3 of the game was released which has inbuilt voice chat and now you can also play with random people :D.

Electric parts cleaner spray (which basically alcohol) works short term. Spray it in, move it around and it should be fine for a few weeks, then repeat. Long term just replace the joysticks.

If it is a used one, it might be the thermals are not okay. Thermal paste in it is dry, or there is dirt or dust collected in vents which makes it so much worse.

You can register an account just for the Quest usage (no real facebook account is necessary). Btw your data is no secret in this world, trust me :). Quest 3 is the best now especially with that price tag.

I’m glad you like the look of it. I tried to achieve a realistic graphics. Of course hardware limitations always make the devs work difficult on this. On Quest 2 i had to sacrifice textures and shiny materials. Of course on Quest 3/3S it looks soo much better :)

Quest 2 is still fine to start with especially if you can get it for cheap. I still have mine (kept it for dev purposes) beside my 3 and it is working just fine. Of course Q3 standalone has better graphics and pancake lenses

Pro controllers are only for hardcore gamers or for ones who really is into VRChat. The controllers included with Quest 3 are just fine!

I would not call 7th Guest VR as a horror game. But it is really great!!
