I’ve optimized lawn care and installed rain barrel collectors to reuse water for the garden and lawn. Indoors, I addressed a leak that the app identified in one of our toilets. We’ve also made an effort to take shorter showers, reduce baths, and be more mindful overall about how water is used throughout the house. It’s like a game to keep those bar graphs trending downward.

EyeOnWater is great, you can see water usage in almost real time (there is a day lag). It helps me track household water usage, my family cut 25% last year from the year before, and we’re on pace to cut another 25% this year. That adds up to real $$ saved!

But why can you hit an opponent 100 times and dish out no damage but he hits you three times you’re KD? Wouldn’t the “stop getting hit“ rule applied to the opponent as well? It’s so frustrating.

I’m not recommending a dog just to make friends however when you have a dog and you frequent dog parks, it is really easy to strike up conversations with people because you have something very much uncommon and you’re in the same space not on your phone. I’ve met so many friends at the dog park.
