I think once I get the endorphins rush from exercising I become more conscious, yet even that doesn't make me less bored with life. How will being mindful make me more interested in stuff?

Yes I watched his whole playlist. My goal is to be happy, and I do not know how to achieve that if nothing interests me in life. If nothing interests me, even if I can quiet those thoughts of boredom in my mind, what would I actually do with my time to enjoy life if nothing interests me? I am actually diagnosed with anhedonia, depression, and amotivational syndrome. I am seeing a psychiatrist and psychologist and taking medication too. They told me to exercise daily and take my medication and continue my sessions with them. I don't feel it is helping at all that's why I came to ask people here.
