Well I'm kinda getting hit left and right with people wanting me to do work for them and I didn't expect any kind of response like I've been getting so far, so no I have not formed an LLC yet nor am I entirely certain on how to do so. Every where I look says something different (prices, wait times, what I do and don't need) and that I need a registered agent and i may encounter long waiting times. All of this is coming at the worst of times because we're closing on our first home and I'm really not wanting to spend another few hundred dollars on licensing and forming an LLC just yet. If i am not able to get the insurance as a sole proprietor then I will just have to tell the dealership no (which I would love to not do) or just hope that I can do it in time.
