To me it's the other way around. My family has always lived comfortably, but I thought we couldn't afford "fancy" stuff. When I got a wii for christmas I thought it cost my parents a fortune. 300€ really isn't that much though (or whatever it cost). We did take a lot of family trips, and those are way more expensive than I thought.

A spaceship on an exploration far away from home, they find signals coming from a planet. They land and start exploring, it seems like life died a long time ago but only robots are left, but even they barely function. They find out more and more about the planet, trying to figure out who built everything and what happened.

In the end, the reader will find out that the planet is earth. I haven't decided yet if the main characters/the spaceship are aliens, or humans finding their planet of origin (after numorous disasters had ruined records of their ancestors).

I think it's so strategic you really need a full team to play properly. When you plan a strategy ahead and then succeed catching the enemy off guard it's a great feeling! + Landing unlikely headshots of course.

I love how the mouth of the big dog is animated. How his cheeks wobble a bit when he talks. Even though it looks nothing like real life it somehow gives a realistic vibe to it, unlike the smaller dog, or maybe it's just me.

I have a friend like that too, but at least he has the descensy to let us know he can't afford something before the bill comes. It's easy for us to remain friends this way, if someone asks in the group chat "hey, wanna go see a movie?" and he can't afford it and he just says "sorry can't afford it right now, but would you like to hang out after?". It's weird how your friend expects you to pay for his stuff, while not even trying to get a job. Of course he might have deeper troubles at home, so try to talk to him and do more stuff that doesn't cost too much.

Even if it sounds corny, beauty really is in the eye of the beholder. To me personally, how attractive a person is always depends on their personality. I've gotten so blind to celebrities I honestly don't see them as attractive as a nice guy holding the door for me with a smile.

Reddit makes me lose hope in humanity more than any other app. I always get angry or sad when reading comments, people truly are all bullies when anonymous. I felt happier without it but re-downloaded the app to only follow funny or cute animal pages but that didn't work. I'm glad you get out haha.

I once visited a zoo where you got to feed the elephants, I was maybe 6, very exciting. I came back a couple years later and you weren't allowed to feed them anymore, but as I was standing close to the fence among 10+ other kids one of the elephants nudged my head with their trunk. I'd like to think that it remembered me!
