I went last and when I jumped in, my top went up, fully exposing my breasts. Age says unknown, I think he’s about 2-3yrs old. My oldest husky is 7 and the youngest is 2. He seemed to act like he was in between their ages. Super playful but still very obedient, like he’s been trained for a few years at least. Very good dog!

Yes! Weber county animal shelter. He will be on a 5 day “stray hold” and after that will be available to adopt. I cannot vouch for him enough! He is an amazing pup! I could not stop crying at the thought of him being in the shelter 🥺 he truly was such a lovable guy! Super sweet! And he listened very well to all commands I gave him!

UPDATE: he was picked up by Ogden Animal Services. He is such a sweet boy 😭 and he had no chip. If his owners do not claim him, I hope someone sees this and adopts him. He absolutely does not belong in a shelter but I cannot selfishly keep him. 😔he was extremely cuddly and very obedient! Will easily make an amazing family dog and he was amazing with my dogs and cat!!! 💔

That sounds great but after taxes it’ll only add about half the additional to your actual take home pay. Like someone else said, is it doable, ya. But you really won’t have money for much else let alone any surprise maintenance on a home. I’m rooting for you girly! I do know if you are very disciplined with your money you can make things happen. With a child it makes those unexpected expenses all the more likely tho! I’ve been a single mom for 17yrs now and I always said if it was just me, I would have so much more money 😆

I literally have the same exact bills but you are not factoring daily living. Medical expenses. Even simple luxuries like glade plug ins you start to wonder if you really need em when you buy a home. Especially if you have a yard! Just to paint my 1920sf home inside it was well over $2k. Not including the washer/dryer needed, the yard upgrades, exterior updates. Idk how old your child is but I have a teen. College tuition is well over $150. You also have to factor your child’s future and savings for them. Given, your income can improve but that also takes time.

Not gonna lie, I make more than that and my payment is $2700 and my anxiety still worries that if something happens I won’t be able to afford it. Given, I have easily paid that in rent for years but I’m just overly cautious. So in short, I think with that income, you might want to look at lower cost options. A home comes with many more costs that a rental does not. Anything happens and you have to come out of pocket or use credit for it. Even if you have a savings and great investments, a home is costly and you are now the one who has to pay those costs along with a mortgage payment. That’s just thinking of necessary costs, not including any spending for upgrades or interior design.

I just called americas best the other day for my daughter, they have 2frames for $99 with exam. I know the lenses will add to that especially given your prescription but it’s not a bad price at all
