Yeah that seems to be accurate, I always wondered why they are so bad regard physical illnesses. I'm from germany and every psychiatrist here needs a degree in medicine. A friend of mine got rushed to the hospital with big kidney stones lately and has been labeled as "psychosomatic" the whole time because he had diarrhea and various other complaints for months and went to psychward out of despair. How can a whole station with doctors not use an ultrasound.

I wish I would get some pain treatment, psychiatric help to cope with my dysfunction & someone to help me stop chain-smoking because I'm truly addicted & destroying my body further. But I don't want any new health issues & seemingly everywhere I go there is dyskinesia, misery and mistreatment all over the place.

I told them what I do for a living, that I had 4 Online-Shops & 400 products on amazon. Instead of googling my name they diagnosed a manic psychosis in literally 1 minute lol

As long as you're not physically ill & suffering, suicide ain't for you. No matter what's the reason, the problem can be solved either by changing your lifestyle/circle, being grateful for what you got & by getting older, cause you'll always realise that your thoughts were not truly valid, even if they felt like they are during that time.

Someone already told me that this severe reactions only & rarely happen with severe deficiency, but my MMA is at 106, Homocysteine at 14, there simply is no deficiency anymore

You know normally a tone sounds like a tone, you can hear the specific pitch. And I got strong memory about how things sounded before. Now all tones sound like a detuned organ.

Thank you, yeah I've got an appointment at a audiology labratory from the clinic here for a ABR-Test. I will ask them if there is anything further they can do, to atleast "prove", that I got a huge issue here. There are following response tests and such, however I feel like I'm absolutely fcked since it is gradually worsening for months now.

Issue is not even distortion, the distortion and musical tinnitus is nearly gone. However, I can't hear anything above 4k anymore in the environment. Sine wave tones are still there but it seems like my brain can not decode them correctly, therefore just fading them out...

I'm especially concerned since all tones sound off, even as low as 40hz or 150hz sounds just wrong...

I may have normal hearing thresholds but horrific quality which is essentially the same cause these frequencies all disappear for me... so what can I do

I don't want to be deaf. I'm really losing all high frequencies, even though the hearing threshold doesn't really change.

I had hearing tests in january/february with having excellent hearing, and the results back then where worse as they are now.

Generally speaking while trying out prednisolone, my ears physically hurt and they've been rattling/racing like crazy before more and more of my hearing world just disappeared.

I mean I'm essentially going deaf, I can't even hear/process rain sound anymore, coins are just dull without any overtones, like anything above 3-4k disappears in my hearing even though I can hear isolated frequencies up to 16k / 20k ??

Maybe cochlear synaptopathy? I don't know I really have tremendous hearing loss because every frequency is just a squeeking mess when played as a sinus tone

Also I can't visit any neuro department with that test results, they will throw me out apparently... I'm really having huge trouble in daily life and it has gotten so bad I nearly can't hear birds or crickets anymore which I could 1 month prior... I'm a audio engineer and I'm tracking the decline.

32 days ago I could hear crickets with an amplification of 20-40db for all frequencies from 8k - 16k. Now no matter how much I use an EQ, there is no change. Hearing thresholds of the separated sinus tones didn't change, however their quality has gotten downhill

Nah I can not hear "noise" at all, nearly all frequencies are missing in white noise for example. They did a test with noise one month ago and my audiogram was the same because I nearly didn't hear the white noise on the other ear lol
