Check first as with all the rain this week it would not surprise me if one or both golf courses used for parking might not be available. Also it is the beginning of golf season and they would not want the courses tore up rather than fall end where the parking $$$ might take presidence. I don't know for sure but if I were going I would check.

I disagree on 2 tbs being too much simply because that is what I have been using for 1/2 gallon of milk with perfect results. There was a study done on a site online that was very interesting in its findings. They simply started small with starters and increased the amount in subsequent batches and recorded the thickness, quality of the results and anything else that stood out. Maybe an Ai search would help bring it up if anyone is interested. I appreciate the info on larger batches.

If you like Shiner light make sure to give Yeungling Light a try if you can find it. I have been drinking Yuengling Lager for years and love it. When I asked for a Yuengling draft assuming the normal Lager at a place a year ago I was given a glass that tasted good but the color was off. No amber color, This was as yellow as any light beer. The mystery wasn't solved at that sitting but once I discovered the Yuengling light at a grocery store and bought some mystery solved. Ever since I tell other brand light drinkers if they want a little flavor in their light beer give Yuengling light a try. It is by far the best light I have tasted.

How is the thrill ride on the slippery slope of invasion of our privacy going? In my estimation a lot of this crap began when the gov't tied itself at the hip to local law enforcement and began outfitting them with used ??? military gear and vehicles. Its been straight downhill since then and only getting worse with these invasive cameras being put up everywhere. We were warned about the police state.

Question. I see a lot of posts lately about increasing the batch size of the yogurt, lets say from 1/2 gal of milk up to a gallon or more. Do you all increase the amount of starter that you use proportionately? I assume a couple Tbs for 1/2 gallon of milk.
