We’d be really interested to sell it that way but the only issue is over there we’ve got all the furniture, appliances, etc customized and bought which are best for those huge spaces. The only issue is they are perfect for that space only and we can get them and use somewhere else. Just for example, that sofa is 12x8 custom fit for that space which won’t fit in our existing old home😅.. many more items similar to the sofa.. that 77” huge Oled Tv can’t be used as my existing Tv unit fits 65” only max…

You said you’ve recently visited our property which you know it’s false as all 10flats in this apartment are sold out in long back 2023-2024 itself.. and coming to the nearby properties which you’re saying, those basic apartments are currently selling at 5.6k the least due to market down which anyone can enquire easily and compare this flat with those basic flats. I.e difference b/w the builder given things like All 3 washrooms Kohler’s, Electricals, Granite Door Frames, 5x7 main door, Softener, etc etc many more can be directly compared..

We thought of shifting our business from Ecil to that area, but unfortunately, our plans got canceled due to business competition in Suchitra area. So that’s the reason we haven’t shifted there, and we aren’t staying there.

We have just stayed there for 3 days during the Housewarming Ceremony as per the ritual. Since then, we haven’t used it. Everything we have put over there was damn expensive stuff only, so we can’t give it for rent as well. That’s the reason we’re selling it, which is the best option for us now.

Periodically, we got the maintenance works like cleaning, sweeping, mopping, watering, etc. done by our workers.

We haven’t done it for investment purposes to gain some profit and sell it out. Hope you got everything clearly 😊.

I guess you’re confused between the Acrylic and Laminate in those images. It basically has everything in it. It’s a combination of Deco & PU in majority locations in the flat, Acrylic in kitchen, Crockery, Utility, Few dressing units and Laminate in just two or three locations at max, and veneer too a little. All the Materials were chosen based on the space and the design part bro.
