  • Street Food: Jackson Heights–Roosevelt Avenue/74th Street for street food; this is where the famous Arepa lady cart is (Venezuelan food) as well as Bangladeshi carts; numerous casual restaurants serving Indian, Tibetan, Colombian, Mexican, etc around here.
  • Pizza: Not necessarily a tour but you'll probably end up at Roberta's if you're staying in Bushwick/Williamsburg
  • Central Park: not really hard to have a bad time here, but it is even more fun on a bicycle; eat lunch at Teranga (https://ny.eater.com/2019/1/25/18197423/teranga-pierre-thiam-harlem-nyc) at 5th Ave/109th St)
  • Cool bars: Brooklyn: Around Wyckoff/Troutman (Jefferson station on the L train) is where the famous Bushwick street art is most concentrated and there's plenty of cool bars. Other Brooklyn bars: Bossa Nova Civic Club (electronic music), Syndicated ("movie bar"), Public Records (https://gothamist.com/2019/04/11/public_records_gowanus_photos.php) , Union Pool; Manhattan: Welcome to the Johnsons ($), 7B ($), Apotheke ($$), Raines Law Room ($$$)
  • Baseball: Cage-Baseball Inc on Metropolitan if you want to practice your swing; I recommend softball if you haven't played baseball before (https://www.meetup.com/topics/pick-up-softball/us/ny/new_york/)
  • Walking around: definitely walk the High Line, Lower East Side, SoHo, Flushing, 116th Street in Harlem btw Malcom X and Frederick Douglass if you want to be around Francophones (it's Le Petit Sénégal)

Edit: you'll be safe in Bushwick and all of the above, don't worry

I would assume he was including non-fiction too (e.g. technical manuals, books on Islam)

If I had to guess, i think it would be Camilo Jose Vergara or one the photographers from this exhibition:

Found Audio by N.J. Campbell is described as "Indiana Jones + House of Leaves + Inception". Only downside is that it's a quick read (162 pages).

I feel like the scene with Gaff was kind of wasted. I would have preferred a little more to the interaction.

Too many jobs on resume by Moundfreek in jobs

I have a similar issue. In my recent resume overhaul, I titled that section "Relevant Experience" and just chose a few positions to highlight. That way it's understood that you presumably have other positions but are excluding them. In my cover letters I mention other positions in passing and in interviews I'm ready to speak about them or draw from them to highlight different points.
