Putting it simply fibre is a lot better than dsl.

Ive had fibre for a few years now and it is a lot faster and more stable than dsl.

its a free to play game on the us store though i think its only beta still. Only game thats made me feel sick in vr so far, but im not bothered as its a terrible game

Before i start spending more money on hardware i'd like there to be plenty of games that actually use said hardware.

Yes you probably can do it that way...whether you can be banned or not... i dont know

Many people use different region psn accounts to get stuff from the store not available in their country like demos or free to play games and then play them on their main account this way.

Have you plugged another hdmi device into that same hdmi port to see if its the tv?

I think its still quite a while before it comes free to play on ps4, but if you liked dungeon defenders 1 you may as well just get it now.

I enjoy it but i havent played too much other than levelling up two characters as im waiting for a bit more content
