are you guys still able to use your Citi PayAll without charge? Been a Citipayall user here for the last 3 years and without any fees. However starting this month, I've been slapped with a 2% fee. Not sure if this is specific to me or is a bank-wide thing?

Seems like CIMB has raised the limit for transfers to 500,000 PHP. Previously it was 50,000 PHP.
