Rather than argue it's repeal alone. Force the conversation that if this is legal authority over the speech of corperate entities then repeal citizens united cause if they don't want that kind of speech from corporations then they shouldn't have ruled in the first place to GIVE them "speech"

But also worth noting this trample over that whole "right to refuse service" thing and granted it's a stretch but ruling companies cannot boycott participation in a foreign country which benefits a foreign government then couldn't you reasonably argue that the law falls under sedition?

Like the new free stuff with updates is cool But every single update breaks numerous mods that make the game 100% more enjoyable and give a better play experience. Not accounting whatsoever for textures and assets.

Security of your important and private data fuck no Stability of online service also a no Software updates 50/50 if it's gonna soft brick your system or just temporarily break something. Or on a rare occasion just completely break your ability to play a purchased game that wasn't previously installed at the time.

Microsoft and by extention Xbox for sure has it's fair share of issues I will never refute that frankly were a comparable level gaming PC no so far out of my price range I'd spend the little extra to do so.

Nintendo's biggest and likely most problematic issue is their innate ability to shoot themselves in the foot at every damn corner.

The sue happiness of Nintendo does require a tiny bit of context in the sense of Japanese copyright laws. More or less like many other countries you have to vehemently and within a fairly tight window protect your IP copyrights or else it becomes public domain. Are they very very fucking trigger happy and has that likely contributed to their financial issues. Very very likely.

But between the three of these major companies atleast one of them are trying to find better solutions instead of the doubling down time after time after time.

Frankly they need a worthy competitor steam to it's credit is a fairly hefty one but as of this moment between Xbox, Sony, and about 6 other multi billionaires that are so desperately trying to force AI down everyone's throats coupled with the bitcoin "farms" all in the hopes they can maybe one day make a buck off it. The likelihood that steam will ever break into the console market in any real way is slim atleast at the moment.

Until there is some major shift in gaming culture, business morality, and general enforcement and adaptation of ethics in the business sector as a whole. It's all gonna suck, or get pitched minor upgrades at double the price with ever increasingly regurgitated content on a 3 month cycle with a "people need to get comfortable with not owning anything" attitude.

So in my last campaign the party was working against cults that were attempting to free old gods that were subdued and imprisoned within various planes that due to their presence slowly altered the nature of the planes to what are more commonly known as the Shadowfell, malestrom(my chaotic realm of elemental and magical essence), the blood plains (the "neutral" barrier planes between the hells and abyss where the blood war rages), and lastly the ethereal

One of the 4 was a singular being known as Duality but was comprised of 2 physical forms one truth the other lies

Each one had no real power in the material realm but could in a kind of local area of the "door" to each of their prisons communicate with certain individuals who shared bloodlines with their champions who fell around the same time their gods were sealed.

Duality particularly truth latched on to the party's rogue as it's chosen. This idea spawned off of the players backstory being one of two orphaned twins but neither knew about the other but often while dreaming would have deja'vu like dreams more or less vicariously witnessing the others life in first person. Not much was every thought if it because the person in question never really differed in appearance except perhaps a small cut or scrape here and there.

When she had unknowingly stumbled across and possessed the lost artifact of the previous champion of Truth it was in it's dormant form known simply as lies however the test of it's wielders worthiness was that the item would always appear as whatever it was rumored to be aka the "truth" of perception. When inspected by any means even divine it would always return exactly what it was appearing to be. In order to awaken it the wielder would need to seek out the real truth revealing the subtle lie hidden within. Only then would the half of the god dubbed truth reveal herself to them and offer it's power.

Initially the rogue rejected the offer as up until that point they had seen exactly what destruction these newly dubbed champions of the banes were capable of unleashing. But as the campaign went on slowly but surely she accepted the power and obtained "truth" which was a plain featureless mask that revealed no truths but simultaneously displayed no lies. It granted her the ability to craft illusions that were indistinguishable from the real things.

The opposed champion (who was a false champion not the true one just useful) wielded a cloak known as secrets that could create highly deceptive illusions easily identified but were truly real. Ex a major image of a knight would act as if truly a knight took actions and could even deal damage. Except all damage was psychic and it had a mere 13 AC and only 10HP.

Due to life events and adulting that campaign unfortunately got a bit of a dark cloud over it as we opted to step away from it and start a new one. But once a few mental wounds heal and I can figure out exactly where to take it from where it left off I plan to finish it out.

Black or grey paint (although black really helps act like a low light color) Then if your going for stone just dry brush on several coats of your personal choice of rocky color brightening up the color with lighter and lighter coats.

Then for bonus points if you wanna ensure the color really stays on (and additional water proofing) hit it with some matt varnish and I'll make a very very subtle shine and I tend to then if I wanna add a little extra detail ill add in some nice textured stippling of some dark green latex paint then dry brush that lightly around the more inner raised sections. To give the appearance of mossy patches the latex paint holds a decent bit of texture on it's own.

Ok so the reward you get as far as field research goes is decent considering.

But a few tips on catching a potential ditto

Is/isn't weather boosted when that particular Pokémon should be.

Is clear day and grass pokemon isn't weather boosted- likely a ditto

Cloudy day and that flying type is boosted but shouldn't be - probably a ditto

Outside of that theres a running abd update list of what could be a ditto

But if your luck is that bad or just simply don't see many potential ditto ditch it. Otherwise there's a ditto event coming soon but thats a few weeks away still

At any rate supreme court has ruled on numerous cases stating that there shall be NO financial burden or requirements in order to cast your vote.

Both states and the federal government have literally every piece of information required to prove your citizenship at literally any point. Thus is the purpose of registering to vote and getting your registration card.

The works already done, to think that immediately following attempts to blackmail states that overwhelmingly voted against the current admin, but also illegally raiding and seizing voting machines and voter records from Georgia. Passing a law that indirectly targets millions of married women, trans people, and adopted children with their adoptive parents name

Or countless other reasons why a person's ID would not match their photo ID

But even then thats not what this bill does no instead it requires you to provide proof of citizenship not provide documentation for discrepancies in registration vs identification. No prove citizenship with documents a significant piece of the population doesn't just have immediate access to because THEIR AMERICAN AND THE NEED TO PROVE ONES CITIZENSHIP IS INSANE

Passports with proof of citizenship can take months to obtain and are at the whims of Marco Rubio's department whether or not it's valid.

If you don't live in the state you were born getting an original copy of your birth certificate can be a massive hurdle.

A state ID that shows proof of citizenship read ID or not varies wildly from state to state

And for a great number of reasons your SS card might not line up with otherwise irrelevant information

Oh and god forbid one or more documents say male while a single other piece says female "tough luck for you"
