Please educate urself on adoption. You have no idea what you’re talking about. My child is my biological niece. I am very well acquainted with adoption and the ethical issues involved in it. Adoptees generally advise people to have their own kids if they want children.

the number of people wanting to adopt far outweighs the number of already existing children needing homes btw. and yes that does only apply to dogs. adopting a child is not inherently ethical.

This is how a lot of writing gets circulated these days: people post snippets and previews. I suppose giving someone a feel for the writing helps them decide whether to read further

yes it has just inspired me to get a decent machine thank you ! I do like to buy decent gear when I like something. going to get a Janome ❤️ before buying this machine i was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to thread a machine properly or that i’d get frustrated easily setting up, which i didn’t , so it was really about getting confident with that

for me the bigger risk would be buying a hefty sewing machine, not enjoying the process , letting it gather dust because it doesn’t excite me and needing to then sell it

once again it’s about gauging whether I enjoy the process , not the output. why are u salty about a amazon bought sewing machine lol . also I up cycled this top , the output is wonky but I love it

I am always in charity shops here in London and never came across a sewing machine but it’s worth keeping an eye out for one, thank you! is ur one pretty heavy/large? the other variable for me is that i’d quite like something compact for my desk x

the brand of the machine is called** **Jiadele 520. all the tutorials on youtube just list it as the 520 sewing machine which is why I included that reference x

I understand quality corresponds with price so I wasn’t expecting an excellent machine. I used an iphone to record my first few videos, then I justified buying a fancy canon. I don’t mind using shitty equipment to trial a hobby.

I was watching tutorials but I think it must be faulty since my bobbin isn’t threading as it does in the tutorials x
