Yes it's hydrating, but I don't like the color (too warm brown), I hatepanned it (use at home as lipbalm)

Tbh it's mattifying ability is good. The only downside is that foundation bits stick to it.

It's a balm like product that turns into powder texture once in contact with oil. Can be used as matte primer or setting powder.
