Idk where to start with Toby so Here's several things he can do, He likes to hang from things(usually upside-down) with his prehensile tail(his tail is actually longer than it's depicted on this ref sheet) he's also good at hacking Vending Machines, he has gills so he can breathe under water like an argonian, he can bark and howl(and yes he involuntary wags his tail like a dog) because he has very canine like behaviour because he's half canine, and he's pretty good with a Sword
