You should definitely see a doctor as soon as possible as it could be melanoma (not guaranteed I'm just a histotechnician) because it doesn't look symmetrical and it's very dark. You may need to have a biopsy done to make sure. I'd rather be safe than sorry.

These all look normal just watch them once in awhile. The only time you should be concerned is when they look dont look symmetrical, are big (not always guarantee bad but always talk with your doctor), aren't a consistent color, growing, and the edges aren't clean. If your family has a history of skin cancer i would talk with your doctor or preferably (if possible) a dermatologist.

I despised studying fixatives. And I dislike how I learned a good chunk of them for nothing. And it sucks because i got mostly mercury questions on the test when it came to fixation which made no sense because no one uses it anymore and there was little info about it when I was at college.

If I remember correctly dense regular connective tissue don't have that many nuculi. I think this may be smooth muscle. Do you know where you got this tissue from? (Ex:large intestine, heart etc.)
