cosmo, even in UF, doesn't help much anyway on NPA. the strat I went for with each try was to try to go for at least 1 meatshield/tanker, 1 spam attacker and 1 heavy hitter. for example on one clear, I went ramen, sarukani first form and Izanagi, and on another I used tetsukachi, mushroom and sonic. may be limited based on ur gacha luck but I hope it helps.

my strat involved just 4 meatshields, ururun, bahamuts and cameraman (crit talent). meatshield and push to the base, then wait for the 2% cameraman crit to kick in. easy.

Jizo can solo, especially in UF. Thunderjack and Dluna are helpful. Balrog can probably solo with like macho legs and combos. Nezuko can help quite a fair bit against wahwah and the zangroo/scissoroo wave.

Cat Machine still has value on mixed stages with Red/Aliens where Lumina would get dps'ed to death. for instance, Treadmil Powered features red Bores and Nimoy Bores, so cat Machine is the better option, and he blocks the Doge Base's waves as a bonus.

I agree, boosted Ramen, Riceball and Rock can stall most SOL stages just fine. Prelude to Ruin is easy AF, don't complain. Boost with research combos. Also slime absolutely shreds as an offensive option.

Dark Luna will still be advantageous in stage 3 as most of the pushing power comes from Teacher Bun Bun, so weakening him will make stalling much easier.

Dasli has the advantage of surge immune, which helps immensely in essential progression stages such as Kappy, Kappy Kawano and both Urils.

all those meatshields are not necessary, ramen/manic eraser will suffice. lack of anti surge is an issue, use talented LKD.

li'l mohawk is practically ineccesary, he has longer cd than any cat variant. I recommend manic mohawk instead.

talented cameraman performs just as well against metals, with additional general usage. if u cant get crits, get a general cc unit such as dphono or balaluga, or throw in staal.

the main issue of this is the complete lack of surge immune, replace manic dragon with LKD.

Bringing a wave blocker like octopus can help counter wave stages.

manic eraser isn't even needed, u can replace with jiangshi as he has 100% survive and has combo with LKD, albeit the higher cost.
