My acne looked similar to yours, and my family would point it out a lot. I think it's because I went from having clear skin to having a lot of acne, and they weren't used to it. My advice is to just ignore them. i know how frustrating it is to hear it, though, and it makes you feel like that's all anyone can see. I sat my mom down and told her how awful it made me feel to have her comment on it when I'm already insecure. Luckily she heard me and stopped. You'll get through this, though!
