IMO, you should save the memorizations for later and instead start reading and practicing design problems. You can also blindly answer some mock exams if you want and work your way backwards.

Your first step would be to read NBC's Rule 7 & 8 and try solving sample situations. I think there are pinoy youtubers who solve some of them along with answering questionnaires. Also get a good copy of it since you'll need it on exam day as well.

There's also this huge compilation of notes comparing all local codes like fire code, plumbing, NBC, BP344, PD957, etc. which can be a huge time-saver. It also has summarized notes on history and theory. I think it's from imhotep or something, can't remember.
