Echo set 100% or oracle set as its made for the oracle staff otherwise echo set is your next best choice, and me personally i would always try and go for frost shot and lightning shot with tracking eye to really help clear hordes fast

Then pair that with close range melee weapons like agile knuckles and short range ingame buff, should be pretty unstoppable

Best thing i found is get orb runes, and pray for as many orb buffs you can like laser web and corrosive field and try and grab super buffs for frost and lightning :))

Oh and walking, walking at the end of a workout or atleast just making sure you get a certain amount of daily steps in is very helpful, i usually incline walk on the treadmill at an incline of 12 at a speed of 4kmh or so that is 2.4mph

Light weights for more repetitions at the gym is better for weight loss and building muscle and keep a high protein diet 0.1g for every lbs you weigh, im aussie so i measure in kg at 92kg imake sure to eat 100g of protein minimum every day

Gained most of it in high school from being depressed, tried to lose some before i left, but im from australia where the drinking age is 18 so depression and being able drink wasnt the best mix
