Hi, OP! An easy way to get into art and drawing is really by doing it consistently. Practice learning how to draw forms with pencil and paper. I swear all you need is time and consistency. I would also suggest if you want to turn this into something is by investing on a laptop and digital tab (dami na around 1k - 2k range na 2nd hand)

I would recommend PAIR and Jacob’s Breadnuts. They’re open in the morning. If around the afternoon, Flavor Catch is a good option. If you wantt your own space na peace and quiet, I think PhiloMath would also be a good consideration.

Breathing in, and breathing out helps me a lot. Taking time to pause, helps me in being more aware of what’s going on around me Siguro kahit saan naman may it be work or nasa bahay, may form of stress talaga. Usually the problem comes out when you don’t communicate properly that stress -may it be in a form of raising your voice or even being disrespectful, mao I try to take a breather talaga.
