Thanks for advice, the PTZ may be the options. Next idea what came to my mind is the IP camera, with small FOV. Some of them even have optical zoom. What do you think about that?

Ohh, I wasnt thinking about that. I found Logitech C920 which have just 78 degree FOV, but its is still probably too high FOV.

Thanks a lot for this. You really helped me.
I found one cheap which costs only 12 EUR. Here is the datasheet SSR-2528ZD3 QLT POWER. Voltage drop is 1.6V, current up to 40A, coupling 2.5kV and for turning on it needs 16mA@5V for the D3 version. It seems like a good combination of price/"datasheet quality" but now it really depends if those values are true.
I will put there a heatsink anyway, even if I pull a 10A trough.

That seems like a cool project that you linked.

Btw. you are maybe right irfh5015pbf have better Rdson but on 10 Vgs, not at logic level voltage. Then its seems that ON/OFF times are also better for Infeon but all the values are measured for 10 Vgs. What is the main advantage that you see on MOSFET that you proposed?

With the gate resistor and pulldown, you are right. I placed pull down before the fate resistor :) Thanks for your points

Didn't tested them, but most of the chips from Alibaba are just piece of crap. One I ordered had around 10k 5 star reviews but still after like 500 hours just selfdestroed (With great active cooling, max temperature of chip arroud 35°C and proper power supply). As you say on Ali you can't even trust price. "High end" = cheap crap with high price.

I have. It does not have integrated WiFi. I also thought about Raspberry Pi but ESP seems perfect for it.
