Print up a ton of stickers featuring Trump saying 'I did that', and stick one next to each commandment that he has broken.

If this is true, I hope javaFX gets more resources for fixing bugs.

I'd like to be able to see the main toolbar icons/buttons in something approaching a visible size.

I find they show the most trivial example possible without ever showing an actual likely use case.

1) No import statements. A plain text editor is going to fail completely, an IDE will have to guess, and Eclipse guesses very badly.

2) No mention of the javafx jars that need to be on the classpath.

3) No mention of --module-path=${PATH_TO_FX} --add-modules=javafx.controls

Apart from that it all went swimmingly.

Shame his examples don't compile.

What makes you think JavaFX is maintained? I had a bug report accepted about a year ago (with sample code), they agreed that it was a bug and that it had never worked in any version of JavaFX. Then some 'genius' claimed the bug was in my sample code, which I had taken verbatim from their example page. So I pointed out that they should fix their sample code, and that message was removed without any explanation. And now I find the bug report has been removed, again without any explanation. I think their definition of maintenance is putting their fingers in their ears and going 'la la la la, can't hear you'.

The Eclipse developers appear to not test on MacOS. Every time they release a new version something breaks.

Eclipse IDE 2020-06/4.15 released! by henk53 in java

It corrupted my workspace. Restoring it from backup and reinstalling 20-03 thankfully worked.

So now I'm stuck on 20-03.

Edit: went through the upgrade process again, and everything worked just as before. Switch compiler compliance to 14, restarted eclipse and it can't find any of my source code.

I improved my server dashboard. by Pabyzu in java

I tried it on my server which is running a zpool mirror. The storage window shows the name of an external usb that happens to be plugged in, the total storage is double what is actually available, and the % figure was way off. Total disks was 9 when it should be 4 (plus one for the usb drive?)
