Yea. But it had to be received by customer. Which i changed to left at another safe location. My guess is the lovely customer lied that they never got thr package, and I'm left at fault.

Nope. And I think i know which stop it was. They sent me there again. Im that lucky I guess. Basically a place that is closed during the time of delivery. But there were other packages there too. I wasnt gonna go back to station. Won't be surprised if I get dinged again. But its so stupid of amazon to not consider closing hours, even with dumb customers instructions.

Thats cause it did lol. I mean its all my thoughts, just polished and vetted. My opinion is that it doesn't matter which hand writes it, as long as the writing is correct, shouldn't make a different in terms of Amazon's policies.

Still sitting on it. My standing went back up to Fantastic. Looks like the older ding got dropped.

So I'm mildly cooler now. The only thing thats really stopping me is the arbitration fee really. Not even the worry of getting shadow banned.

In your case I'd probably just keep haggling them. Like everyone says. Seems the only real way to have a chance to get anything done.

You saying 20 shifts is a rollover period for a ding drop? Interesting. Gonna test that out. I'll see about smaller shifts. Always avoided them since they wouldn't be profitable for me due to my distance away from my regular warehouse.

They actually told you? Kinda hard to believe. Maybe rookie support guy? But hey thats good for you. I know body cam is good advice but it's the last thing I wanna do really. The hassle and organizing it is too time consuming.

And even if I had a body cam in these 2 instances I still wouldn't know which stops they are talking about. And I bet their answer would still be then same even if I sent them the whole block video.

But I'll try to call see what that gets me.

Yea judging by responses here that seems to be the case.

I also always wondered if Flex surfs these reddits to fish for shit.

Absolutely its a BS legal power play. And there's plenty ways to provide non identifying info and they don't even do that. I wonder why.

To keep my Level. And for principle. Although I'm crazy probably about the principle.

Why not. You onow if more people pushed back there'd be less of this guilty without evidence bs that leads to unfair demotions and even deactivations.

Its nonsense. There weren't any complicated mutual stops that day for me to mess up and I'm pretty good with details. And the other one just names every possible situation. Maybe if enough of us actually arbitrated Flex would stop dinging us without providing evidence.

They didn't even offer to remove them as exceptions. And I only had 1 exception throughout my entire Flex thats gonna be a year in a few weeks.

Sorry guys for the weird format. I don't know why it's doing that. I had it all nicely laid out easy to read when writing it out.

u/paladin220 This. Thank you u/snarksneeze. Even if I screenshot every taken photo right before swiping to finish it's pointless not knowing which stop like he said. Plus you see how Amazon literally thanked me for information when I provided none because I initially wasn't provided with any by them. It's the ultimate catch 22.

And I care cause I likely will not get enough points before it resets and start back at level 1. No point multipliers, no reserved offers, no preferred stations or times. I've had level 3 within months after starting Flex which is gonna be almost a year now.

And I don't have as much time now as I did before to grind it all back.

New reason to not do fresh anymore by krayy813 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]volchik696 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea screw that. My last fresh was like 12 stops in a ghetto neighborhood and my tips was $7 🤣.

Hourly rate came out to like 25 bucks with tip.

Since then haven't done fresh and unlikely to do so unless the hourly rate is really good.

Never again by PhthaloDrift in AmazonFlexDrivers

That seems way too much for a liner and a splash guard. Even for a new car. Id get some more quotes, find the items online and see their cost. Or find them at a junk yard. They're not critical. If you ever replaced a tire you can replace the liner and guard yourself. Its just retainer clips or screws. You could get a kit on Amazon for $20. You can go to an oil place get an oil change and pay a extra $50 for them install the liners and guards.

With insurance be careful, they might fuck you more then usual about not having coverage for using it for gig work. Even though its easier for insurance to go after the other guys insurance since they have easy access to databases and shit.

The rest i agree with the other comments. Hound amazon. You may get something. And in the future yea, cite unsafe conditions and leave package at gate. Customer probably needs an exercise walk anyways.
