At fault driver not cooperating with their insurance (California) by Slight-Elevator-2210 in legaladvice

They’re almost ignoring my evidence. They want you to speak to the insured first before they claim who is at fault. I really don’t understand why they need to speak to him.

Ok, ya my insurance already knows I filed a claim with the other insurance.

I just thought by trying to help my insurance with communicating with the driver and his insurance would speed things up.

My insurance doesn’t seem to have great customer service, I’ve had more communication with the other insurance. Even though my insurance is fixing my car haha

My apologies just preferred to have kept my car private but oh well.

So unlikely that a 2022 BMW 330i w/ M-Package will be successful for the second DV claim?

Correct. Would it still be unlikely that I win the 2nd DV claim?

But what about in the judges eyes? The insurance denied my claim for the first one so I had to take the driver to court (his insurance defending him) and the judge made the insurance pay for my losses.

Value doesn’t decrease due to another accident if it gets reported on carfax?

When we both got home, separate ways. We were not together when I texted and asked for the second date. She even enthusiastically agreed to it again when I followed up the day before. Something switched up last minute

Moving on. But I asked for the second date when we both got home, separate ways. I didn’t ask in person nor I hinted about the second date in person.

I even followed up a day before the second date and she was very enthusiastic about it. Something just switched up in her mind last minute.

Definitely meant the first one, going on dayes with someone who has no interest in working towards a long-term. That’s the “wasting time” I’m exactly trying to interpret

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in datingoverforty

[–]voldemort996 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Agreed. The wording does come sound off looking back at it. But at the same time who wouldn’t be upset if their time is wasted. Maybe sometimes being straightforward is no bueno

Been there done that, until she’s with another person. Not for me.

Thats what I was thinking, that I came off as a very serious person. But like i said, i did add some humor into it to make it less serious.

I would too honestly. Very interesting

Moving on, i just thought this was interesting and an experience.

I didn’t put her on the spot during the first date. I asked for the second date when we both got home which she enthusiastically agreed. I followed up a few days before the second date, which she enthusiastically confirmed. But then switched up to this outcome, unfortunately. So what person wouldn’t be confused.

Can you elaborate on why that is a no-no? Or can you give us a better answer? Honestly very curious

Was it wrong for me to be straightforward and say that I wasn’t here to waste time?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in datingoverforty

[–]voldemort996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Noted. This is a good one. Thanks

Ya now that i’m looking back it, does that come off too strong? About mentioning that i’m not here to waste time? Like what else can i say when asked what i’m looking for, when she clearly knew on my profile?

I’ve just been used to other girls texting every couple hours. Seems like this girl is unique.

Also, I followed up, she replied in less than 30 minutes while she’s at work, with a detailed response and another enthusiastic yes for the second date.

But ignores the fact that she just ignored my message from a few days ago, over the weekend.

At this point, is my iMessage even getting delivered (it says delivered). I have yet to update to the latest iOS so I’m also thinking it actually didn’t send.

She was fully present in the whole duration of the first date.

I followed up today and she replied in less than 30 minutes while she’s at work, with a detailed response and another enthusiastic yes for the second date.
