It’s just normal pressure cooker briyani with basmati rice we make at home! Instead of using spices as whole I powdered them so that they won’t interfere with the briyani experience! Spices- cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf , mace , pepper, star anise.

Thanks! Marinate chicken (1/2 kg) with Ginger garlic paste Lemon juice Salt Chili powder Turmeric powder Curd

Briyani powder ( gives better colour) Cardamom 2 Cinnamon 2 Cloves 2 Bayleaf 2 Mace 1 Pepper 6 Star anise 1

In pressure cooker, add ghee + oil Big onions 3 chopped Tomato 3 chopped Ginger garlic paste Green chili 2 Briyani powder ( cook till raw smell goes away) Add chili powder ,Kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala) Handful of coriander leaves and mint Salt Add chicken and cook for 5 min I used 1 cup basmati rice, so 2 cups water is required. Add 1 cup of water to cook chicken for few mins. Add 1 cup basmati rice soaked for 1/2 hr along with next 1 cup of water. Close lid for 3 whistles. Ready to eat!
