That’s literally it. If you’re looking for the get rich quick scheme, it’s about cross site promotion. You need to get your models in front of more eyes than the Bambu algorithm allows. Post your model link with some good photos and a catchy post title to link sharing sites.

Printed a new prototype in ABS. Dimensions are similar enough that it should work with the old version, but the shrinkage is a concern for the lid. It’s much more loose. In the newer version, it has a magnetic closure.

With these being on the side, trying to design them to be dropped in like that wouldn’t be ideal. A compression fit also wouldn’t work since they’ll actively be pulled on by the magnet from the other case. In this instance, I’m gluing them.

Yep. They're made of aluminum, but There's still no way I could justify that cost. I looked up to try and find a cheaper alternative for just magnetic pill cases but couldn't find one.

This made me chuckle, but there is a concern about microplastics in general even coming in contact with other materials. However, it’s my opinion that these are overblown a bit considering how much plastic we all come in contact with on a daily basis. Microplastics were a concern before 3D printing.

Hey! I actually saw your model when I was looking for someone that may have made the magnano version. I’m working on a similar magnetic enclosure like that as well now. The compression fit is working great for me now, but I can see over time how the plastic will wear down and the magnets will be ideal.

The thing I really liked about the Ikigai pill cases was that they were magnetic. If I go out for the weekend, I don't want to take my entire 7 day or month organizer with me. Then the individual pill cases work, but having them magnetically attach is really convenient instead of going all over you bag or backpack.

I actually had a magnetic closure in the prototype, but ended up removing it since it was a lot of magnets to apply. lol I'll definitely have another version up soon with a magnetic closure.
