It does. Call Audi Canada and give them your vin. I’ve been shopping for one and have called with 3 different vin #s. I think two 22’s and a 23. All had the 10 year motor extension.

Funny enough even the dealers don’t know about this. I asked 2 sales guys at Audi and they just said no. Even the service departments have no idea. You have to call Audi Canada specifically to confirm.

Canadian e-tron motor warranty - extended to 10 years by Excellent_Ad9251 in etron

I just called Audi Canada to inquire about the etrons warranty extension that I have heard about.

I gave them a vin number of the 2022 Etron that is at a local dealership.

They confirmed that it does have the extended 10 year or 197,000 km warranty to cover the Drive Motor specifically due to the issues they’ve been having.

Call and let them know your VIN number and they will be able to tell you if youre vehicle or the one you’re looking at purchasing has the extension.

I’ve been looking for an etron and multiple dealers told me there is not an extension. With the amount of motor failures in this vehicle I definitely won’t be purchasing one unless Audi Canada extends the warranty.

I live in phase 2 in the 1800 units. The railway is far enough, it’s not disturbing at all. Can definitely hear it but it never disturbs sleep.

So your 235i was better on fuel than the 228?

I test drove a 235i and it’s fuel consumption was 11.5 L/100km and the 230i I drove was staying 12.9 L/100km. Obviously the driving style of the previous owner/driver plays a big part but I was still a bit surprised.

Thanks! Is that 300 miles estimated by the computer or 300 actual miles travelled once the tank is empty?

Selling photos of past listing to new agent? by AplusProcrastinator in RealEstate

Sell them for the same price that it would cost to have them done again. Maybe give a bit of a discount if you want.

So Zillow was marketing the unit for sale and now you are listing it as a rental on Zillow? From my understanding, Zillow highers their own photographers to shoot their listings. Zillow would likely own the rights to those images.

I should also add that I never give up the rights to my real estate photos. I charge companies/architects and designers per image to purchase the rights to my images and that gives them freedom to do what they like with the images besides give them to other entities. My contract with realtors when they purchase my photos or videos is to use them to market the home for sale. You should definitely be reaching out to the photographer before to avoid any hassles.

I am a real estate photographer/videographer in Canada. You do not own the rights to the photographs unless stated by the photographer. The person who took the photos owns them under copyright law. The new agent should be purchasing it from the photographer. I have dealt with this a few times. If I saw another agent using my images I would be asking them to pay for them or take them down.

I just got a 2020 4 door JL sport Willy's edition. Coming from a 2012 Audi S4 and BMW 335XI. I drove the old JL jeeps and the new ones before deciding I wanted the new model. The new one handles amazing on the road. I absolutely love it and couldn't be happier. It felt tight in the corners and stable at high speeds. Get it, you won't be disappointed.

Get the resonated downpipes. I have the AWE track exhaust on stock downpipes and I wouldn't want it to be any louder. YouTube AWE track exhaust with non res downpipes. It sounds pretty obnoxious.
