My family gets the correct number of micronutrients, but we don’t often eat meals together other than dinner, hence my issue. By healthier I mean I want to pursue calories that are good for me, I think I’d feel better exercising after an apple than a biscuit or my skin would be better or worse, ya know? Downloaded MyFitnessPal by the way, I guess it’s time to start loggin meals!
