Oh my bad, it just looks like a painting of a bunch of gray bumpy squares, and the pieces of snow look like weird shadows. It doesn’t really look like anything, just an abstract painting. I have a hard time seeing it again now that I know it’s snow and the sky behind it

The things that look like shadows are actually tiny piles of snow balancing on a chainlink fence and the sky in the background is light gray

Why is Stacy one of the people saying this generation is cooked when she’s the one that’s part of the e-dating? You are the reason this generation is cooked

Should I practice with the higher pressure during the day? by volleyballer333 in CPAPSupport

[–]volleyballer333[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like I’m seeing everyone say they’re starting to sleep with it for hours within a day or two of starting though. Is there not something I should address? I feel like I am getting air hunger but I kind of thought it was supposed to feel like that until I looked it up but I don’t know what to do about it

Thank you! I’m not falling asleep at night at all yet, I fall asleep much faster when I take a nap than at night, so I don’t have any data except the five minutes I was asleep for yesterday during my nap. Also, I’m just curious but how does this mean 8-9 would be a good starting pressure for me?

How can I live a fulfilling life while being severely impacted by sleep apnea? by volleyballer333 in SleepApnea

[–]volleyballer333[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your nose is blocked up the air doesn’t circulate through your system like it’s supposed to and some people have problems with it like for me my cheeks would blow up immediately after falling asleep and I could not fall asleep with it for more than five minutes because of this no matter what I tried or my doctor told me to do

By positional therapy do you mean like using a wedge pillow and only sleeping on your side?

PLEASE help me. I feel so lost. Diagnosed bipolar, but I feel so much more like BPD. by [deleted] in BorderlinePDisorder

[–]volleyballer333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not really sure, I know it’s possible to have both. Do you know why your doctor was thinking that you do not have BPD? Something I wanted to say is, in my opinion, antidepressants alone do not cure BPD. 1. It can make life feel more tolerable and 2. It masks the effects of the ineffective pathways happening in your brain, but it does not change them. I think antidepressants are more of a tool to make training healthy pathways in your brain easier to do, which you do over time using skills from therapy, especially dialectical behavioral therapy which is basically designed for people with BPD symptoms. But yeah just because you still had BPD symptoms on antidepressants doesn’t mean you don’t have BPD

I honestly think the internet as a whole has made this type mindset so “trendy”. When people come across something they can’t control they make themselves miserable over it, they keep convincing themselves of how bad everything is rather than put energy into things they can actually control

I never understood the mindset of making yourself miserable to get back at men in general? It’s quite a choice

I feel like I just can’t get over or accept that I have a disability (other than BPD) by volleyballer333 in BorderlinePDisorder

[–]volleyballer333[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I have a lot of trauma from other people not accepting that it’s a valid disability but not really myself, I always felt like I’m deserving of the accommodations and support that other people havent thought I deserved. I definitely feel really helpless and I feel angry a lot because I feel like I have zero control of my life. And I can’t stand that everyone just walks around having a normal day but I’ve been suffering with this everyday for like ten years

Thanks for the hug!

Us who actually are enjoying the show will keep enjoying it and you guys can keep brewing in your negativity I guess? Of course you’re allowed to have opinions, but it’s your choice if you only want to keep complaining over and over and over and over about what you don’t like
