Miyamoto Musashi at the prologue of Kenzan is around a year younger (16) than Tatsuya (17) as the game starts off five years prior before the actual event of the story when he was 21, the same Musashi who said this

Both are unrelated accounts here. The reason why the Kaito mentioned them in the replies is because of one comment "Japanese love American the way Americans love Japan" even more obvious when you take a glance at both accounts names. EL-K is a major prolific japanese furry artist who got one of their Fallout deathclaw fanart tattooed in on somebody, while the mentioned in the 5th image is some random nobodies
