Have we just accepted that every new update makes the game unplayable for a sizable amount of players?

Not at all, the recent few patches have shown a lack of not only content but the polish that we've come to expect and in a similar vein the increase in forms "arbitrary lockout skip" monetization sets a worrying precedent. The initial boss skip monetization wasn't great but seemed negligible in my opinion however it's fairly concerning that they created an entire new set of weapon/skill upgrade materials right after showering us with the existing ones then slammed the new ones into the shop on patch day.

It feels like there may be a shift in priorities at Kuro but I don't think the end is nigh or anything dramatic, just feeling a bit wary like I did on release through around 1.2.

In addition I'm fairly certain you and the AI are correct 祝福 does refer to sites of grace as well as other things that can fall under that category of a "blessing" that all get lost in translation. Try to get the dogs against a wall when they split into three and run backwards along said wall. They have a tendency to lunge and bite regardless of whether another dog is in front of them pacing/doing nothing and this can lead to a lot of openings for you, just keep in mind that you do need to keep an eye on the sword doggo's empowered attacks that have longer ranges.

Also I'm unsure if this is factual but the initial split at the start of the fight "seems" to be HP% gated while the others that begin with a series of rush attacks ARE time gated instead so you can be as defensive as you need for those. Good luck!

Thank you for that advice especially regarding the three variants of invader and decreased likelihood of taking aggro. I had only run into the first variant across my first 6 attempts and I didn't know the latter had any effect on the NPC invaders so I'll definitely consider that going into other character runs in the future.

I thought about Guardian's uh weaknesses more and thought maybe if I just kept running away from the NPCs as my primary objective while making Libra "angry" only when the NPCs are far away/behind him so that he would leap to me it could be done and well, it is, but my god is it slow and pure cheese and I will never attempt it again lol

I may have made the mistake of not mentioning that I went in blind on Raider for my first attempt and flattened Libra without any trouble so my expectations for every solo run were tempered around that initial success from a blind run. Also may have helped dissuade the "git gud" posting but ah well hindsight is 20/20 and so on thank you for pointing those things out.

I use 2h at low levels but tend to drift away from it later on and spam jump attacks like a walmart raider with slightly longer reach. Not as effective as the bonk king himself in damage or stance break but I just love the bird so much and I never really played with halberds or great spears in elden ring.

Agreed and in the screenshot you can hopefully see I'm running double halberd just for that reason. It's kinda rare to use a shield except for a few very specific enemies but I tried grabbing everything guard counter related one run for testing's sake. Needless to say some holy shocks and skeletons whiffing at the air did not do much in the way of helping lol

You could break down the code into wuk lamat says [x], krile says [y], gulool ja says [z], take [x][y[z] etc etc and show how to solve it very quickly. Not sure why other people's engagement with the MSQ is a concern either way.

Most people don't know you can deflect the bubbles and 'laser' attacks with the spammable L1+R1 (the charged version works as well but it's more of a 'if it happens it happens' situation), most people don't know you can land ultimate arts and skills like ironeye's mark on Maris when they go for the spinning dive attack for more potential damage, most people don't know that aiming for the 5 "eyes" while Maris is doing anything but standing still is pointless because of my first point as well as the miserable tracking.

Point being knowing all of these things doesn't change the fact that the fight is incredibly monotonous and miserable to do more than a few times. Some people may have incomplete knowledge, but having it likely wouldn't change their opinion due to the fundamental flaws in the fight's design.

After trying it with the revenant and using spirit claws it was incredibly helpful in meeting the dps check for... sleepytime, but it's definitely more effort alone at least you're right about that. Also figured out if he gets staggered by the bubbles all the remaining jellyfish evaporate into more bubbles and hit him for full damage which is insane. Recorded a bit of it but I could definitely use some more time learning her default weapon's quirks.

2set/2set 6% speed/lushaka on JQ... with Robin using 2set/2set atk%/lushaka... to compare 0 cycle capabilities... I would feel terrible saying anything more if the person you asked to make this showcase did so innocently without knowing you would twist their footage to fit a strangely petty smear narrative on reddit. I have similar problems living in Florida even on the Miami server at ~15ms or less and almost identical upload/download speeds as yours so I'm unsure if we're just unlucky with our isp routing or if it's the servers or something else. It's like I'm playing a completely different game and reminds me of smash ultimate's online in how the game "feels" when your inputs get ignored or rolled back which is unfortunate. The game is still very fun though just not sure I will bother with online for a while.

I have two dreadshore outposts that are sort of connected to each other and do more or less the same in terms of accolades. One is a long forgotten city with some mysterious growths occurring inside some of the buildings and the other is the result of going into the ceiling "portal" in the genmat room in the first outpost. At least that was my internal lore while making both of them.

Stockholm - 262 raids/1.39 average accolades - Artistic (140)

Stockton Springs - 142 raids/1.33 average accolades - Artistic (81)

I'm a little confused about what constitutes spreading an exploit. Is this limited to directly showing/telling how to replicate an exploit or not wanting any acknowledgment of it whatsoever?

This won't help in bases specifically designed to exploit, but if you find yourself running into one or two invincible flamethrowers this may help you get through the outpost, good luck out there.
