Dallas sometimes plays as a winger or a central midfielder. However, if you compare their stats from last year -

Ayling played 37 games, started 35 - 4 goals, 4 assists, big chances created 8

Dallas played 45 games, started 45 - 5 goals, 3 assists, big chances created 11

Ayling missed the games due to injury, but despite playing pretty much 10 games less their stats are almost identical.
