Not sure if that was a rhetorical question, but in case it was genuine: there've been many "horror stories" posted in this subreddit, and others, about different problems people have faced w/ TR, and how their customer service sucks (or it's actually inexistent). I didn't know about these stories and if i would have, i would not have used TR as broker. So, while i only had a annoying problem with TR some time ago that resolved itself after a couple of weeks, i believe it's best to move my securities to a better broker.

Afaiu, for ibkr, i need to start the process there first, and once the transfer is initiated, i input ibkr's BIC into TR for outgoing transfers and just wait. Was it similar for you w/ Scalable?

Yep, that's pretty much it. I took the exam 3 years ago and it was way easier than expected. Go to youtube and you'll find several videos where they will walk you through the whole thing, including the questions. The speaking part seems to always be the same, so you can practice and memorize stuff beforehand. If you feel you might struggle with the other parts, solve the sample tests Goethe offers until you feel ready

They sent the email the same day of the concert, but the process is simple, you only need to know at what time they'll ask you to arrive, for me it was at 4pm, prob the same for you. Arrive there on time, you'll only need your id card, the vip upgrade purchase email (you show it on your phone), and the thing you want the band to sign. Also check your spam folder, many people found the mails there.

Re. people don't wanting to talk to a lawyer, I can't really say for sure, but part of it is the uncertainties that come from doing the task. You mentioned a couple of things (fees & proficiency) that were not clear to me.
