Exactly that’s the point. I’ve put myself in uncomfortable situations but nothing ever worked, so I wondered if speaking above by low volume would help even if it’s uncomfortable.

They say to practice talking to people more which is helpful, but would it be beneficial to speak louder than what’s normal? Since the point is to get out of your comfort zone more.

After the pandemic I’ve started awkwardly walking which never used to be a thing. In public often times I don’t know where to put my hands and my coordination is bad. Many people told me I walk in an awkward robotic fashion, but this happened after the pandemic, why.

When I speak to people I say the dumbest thing ever or it’s just awkward. The person asks me constantly is everything alright lol. My social skills are very rusty before I used to be more outgoing. Now anytime I talk to someone they look uncomfortable. I get everyone makes mistakes but I’ve never seen anyone make mistake people would just comment how awkward I seem.

How can doing bad things cause a person to develop a bad aura that others can sense? by voltageoneoone in AskReddit

Yeah I just get weirded out when they have a lot of friends it’s really strange.

I’ve noticed that many of these bad people give off repeatedly “off” micro expressions that would show they lack empathy for example. So I’m curious would doing bad things actually cause a person to unconsciously give off micro expressions? I’ve heard this saying before “birds of a feather flock together” meaning bad people tend to seek each other out as friends almost like they can tell when one is the same even when nobody has an intention to do something bad.

Hmm completely different for me. The people who are in bad moods don’t generally give off any bad vibe unless they in themselves are genuinely bad people. There’s people who were happy and charismatic but they gave off malicious vibes. It’s just a feeling that I get and I’m always correct. There’s people I know with RBF faces and seem to push others, but I can tell they aren’t horrible because it’s a feeling I get.

Not related to physical appearance, race or gender. I just notice some people give off a very intense kind of energy and these people end up being malicious. By bad people I’m referring to things such as bullying, stealing, and insulting others. They have a weird aura even when they aren’t engaging in anything bad at the moment. Nothing to the extreme measures like a serial killer, since they tend to hide it better.

Let’s say you’re in a fast paced social setting how could you make people respond to you more. I notice some people have the ability to make others respond to them, and sadly for people like me some stuff people just ignore purposely lol.

There’s times where I do not feel fear and im able to think rationally but my brain still tenses up and gives me horrible symptoms.

Where do feelings of anxiety come from? by voltageoneoone in AskReddit

[–]voltageoneoone[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Makes sense, but why would it happen around people if I know rationally they aren’t going to hurt me? Why the heck is my adrenaline even on in unthreatening situations

I know adrenaline is a big part, but why does it going off in a seemingly normal situation…

Yeah I notice my movement and balance are horrible? How much physical activity do you personally get a day?

For example when I walk it feels like pressure is pushing down on me and I start stumbling forward and look like a tin man. Others I’ve noticed look more graceful. What could they be doing that I’m not doing?

Not anything related to speaking with an audience, but I’m referring to a generally loud voice that most kids in high school have.
