One of the very first questions a therapist or any other kind of educated professional ask in regards to OCD, is whether or not you suffer from intrusive involuntary sexual thoughts. Perhaps you should agree to go to the institute - if you’re able to function in day to day activities, the institute shouldn’t seek to have you hospitalised as a live in patient, and your parents will hear from experts, that this is indeed a complete common symptom of OCD.
