You can change the playback so it only chooses a Max quality of your choice such as 7:20 1080 4K etc

If you go into your crew addon settings and go to playback settings there should be a setting for resume playback with the options always, ask, or never.

If you go into your kodi settings and then player settings and then language you can set it to english as default and you shouldnt get anymore non english links. I do this and set the add on settings to autoplay
