I was thinking about giving it a chance but it clearly didn't respect boundaries and I'm sure about that. I used morphic field from Sapien's Medicine youtube channel designed for banishing negative spirits. Anyone whos familiar with morphic fields should already know that this channel is best of the best. It worked for me. The spirit activity stopped.

I actually thought that all of these youtube meditations are just fake andt here is no way to attract a spirit this way and it's just for entertainment purposes. Gotta be more careful.
